At Dome Village, we are putting lifestyle planning first. Dome Village is centred around building a creative and productive coworking community with an emphasis on cooperation and sustainability. We understand the business needs of remote workers, providing a perfectly balanced work, home environment. Our “co-work village” is situated in the small town of Christina Lake in British Columbia, and aims to offer workers social, spiritual, and environmental fulfillment.

Such a rural area like Christina Lake makes for the perfect setting for people who are looking to live and work in paradise. The Dome Village community is a balanced mix of freelance artists and creators, digital nomads and creatively inspired entrepreneurs, resulting in a big ex-pat community of like-minded people. The sense of community is an important factor in the well-being of Dome Village residents. This is why the Village was designed to promote a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle while meeting the professional needs of remote workers looking to move to paradise and remain connected.

Dome Village is a safe place with onsite maintenance and high-speed internet access throughout the Village. All common areas, facilities, roads and communal gardens are maintained year-round by management and are included in the monthly HOA fees. Residents also receive basic residential villa maintenance. HOA fees are based on the square footage of each property and rates are reviewed yearly.

If you want to create a passive income on your property or wish to rent out the villa when you are not using it, Deep Work Studios will manage the whole process. DWS will be responsible for the whole process of advertising, cleaning, renting, checking in and out guests, providing oversight with reports for a fee of the booking price. We are proficient in online rental services such as Airbnb and VRBO. By obtaining direct bookings all year long, Deep Work Studios clients save on expensive booking fees.

DW Village is a secure, community with full-time security, onsite maintenance and high-speed internet access throughout the Village.
